Her efforts contributed to the enactment of several major bills, including:

1. The bipartisan economic stimulus bill negotiated with the Bush administration and a breakthrough compromise on free trade agreements that helped pave the way for bipartisanship on the trade agenda.
2. Former President Obama’s economic recovery package following the 2009 financial crisis.
3. The Affordable Care Act (ACA).

While on the Hill, she focused on issues related to tax, international trade, innovation, health care, financial services and retirement, which also required her to help develop compelling messaging and stakeholder campaigns to promote various policy initiatives.

Arshi holds a B.S. in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.

She has also led efforts to solve high-stakes public affairs challenges, including:

1. Providing strategic and policy advice to an environmental company pioneering technology to sustainably eliminate per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS)
2. Representing a semiconductor company to ensure that federal policies addressing pandemic-era supply chain issues were tailored to address the specific needs of memory and data storage chip manufacturing; and
3. Organizing a coalition of small and mid-sized companies to support the integration of innovative technologies under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).
